Light roast and dark roast both offer health benefits, but light roasts have more chlorogenic acids, which are an excellent antioxidant, reduce inflammation, help cells repair, and reduce the chances of cancer and neurological diseases. Antioxidants are present in dark roasts also, just at a lower quantity.

Light roast coffee is best brewed quickly and thoroughly to extract the most flavors. Pour-over, AeroPress, and French press are popular brewing methods
